When accessing the OKKO Health knowledgebase (help.okkohealth.com), our cloud-based customer service software carries out additional data collection on our behalf. Via this cloud-based customer service software, we collect your IP address, information on which pages you access, and for how long, and which phrases/terms you search the website for. We use this in aggregate form (e.g. “users from X country access page Y most frequently”) to understand which knowledgebase articles are more popular, in order to guide our future project development. We must also set several cookies that are required to support security features on the website, such as rate limiting.
